Superstar In A Housedress is a full-length documentary about the life and legend of Jackie Curtis. Jackie was immortalized in the Lou Reed song Walk on the Wild Side and was surrounded by many of the staples of the Warhol period in the mid-1960s.

The DVD was originally produced to be included with the first publishing of the Penguin book by the same name. It features custom-designed motion menus designed to evoke Jackie's taste and personality. In addition to the full-length feature, the DVD also includes many bonus features and interview segments. Since its initial printing, the DVD has been picked up by Netflix.
